Arena and footing
The center of the property is an all-weather jumping arena that stays rideable through the Florida rainy season. Footing is dragged and watered on a schedule rather than when someone remembers, because consistent going is the cheapest soundness insurance a barn can buy. A full set of jumps — verticals, oxers, planks, gates, liverpool and fillers — is available for training, and courses are rebuilt regularly so horses do not learn a single track by heart.
Flatwork, lunging and gymnastic work all have their own space and time in the daily schedule, so lessons are not fighting for room with training rides.

Stabling and daily comfort
Stabling is airy and climate-conscious: generous stalls, constant air movement, deep bedding and fly control managed as a system rather than a spray bottle. Aisles are kept clear and swept, feed and hay are stored away from moisture and vermin, and the barn is quiet by design — no radio blaring, no traffic through the aisle at feeding time.
Turnout and land
Paddocks are fenced for safety and turnout is individual, which suits sport horses that cannot risk a pasture injury. Fields are rotated and maintained so the grass survives the season, and turnout times shift with the weather — early and shaded through summer, longer through the dry months. Every horse gets out; that is not an upgrade at this barn.
Safety, security and technology
Staff live on site, the property is fenced and monitored, and emergency protocols are written down and practised rather than improvised. Every horse's records — vaccinations, Coggins, farrier visits, radiographs, agreements and invoices — live in the L'Écurie member portal, alongside the daily schedule, photos and direct messaging with the barn manager. Owners can see what happened with their horse today from anywhere in the world.
